    Hi all, I have the Blue Iris alerts/footage to be saved to 60 days worth. When I view the footage directly on console, I can go as far as 60 days worth. But on the Blue Iris Android App, I can only see 13 days worth. Is anyone seeing the same issue?

    Looking to upgrade my Blueiris system to a newer hardware. Came across i7-6700 with 8GB RAM & 128GB SSD for £300 including VAT. It's an OptiPlex. Question: is this a good deal for this type of hardware? It will be used to run 5 or 6 cams with other services bits & backup. Thanks.

    Ken has just said that it's more likely to be a config issue involving direct to disc & keyframes, rather than a bug. So, I am looking at the config again... but it still doesn't explain why it used to work before and now it doesn't work after an upgrade.

    Right... the ping -t to the camera went through without a single drop at all. Yet... there is still a 20 mins gap at the exact time. Arghhhh! :)

    I have checked and the cameras are on the v5.5.0 build 170725 firmware. I am not sure if pinging will work because the Foscam camera plugged to the same PoE switch do not show this issue. I'm running out of idea to find out the cause of this... and it's frustrating me. :D

    Thanks, but it describes about port forwarding... I already have it all set up. I can connect to it and VIEW the live footage without any issue via my Android app. It's only an issue when I go to VIEW the alerts listing, it disconnects me. :/
