The drive passed all tests and I contacted Ken and he said might be file error but I tried the things he said and they were all ok. I think I have it narrowed down but don't know ho to fix it. Now I have started getting"unable to open file 800000002". I have installed the klite codec file from BI but it is still happening to about 1/3 of my clips. I don't even know if the klite is working. It is on different cameras at different times. Any ideas? Roger- RogMan

tn6478, I finally got it. I used edge as default. Then I clicked on 3 dots. There was a dropdown that said to use internet explorer. I did it and in took the plugin. Was able to log on to Huisun and see everything. Thanks for your continued help and not giving up on me. Roger -

Ssayer, One thing Tommy had me do was change: Day and Night mode to color and see how I liked it at night. I did. Still deciding. Wish they would come up with a way to set profile schedules to change some of the settings for night or day. Probably going to order 3 more tonight. Roger- RogMan
