lol got it. I went to the BI site and in red at the top says "If your support and maintenance have expired, please use Upgrade/Renew from Options before manually installing any updates." Had me concerned for a min. I will run 4.8.5.3 manually with expired support

SO my support is expired and I am currently running 4.8.4.3 I need to renew support to move to 4.8.5? Am I understanding this right?

So I figured out my fix so I could see the webgui login screen. In IE11> Tools> Compatibility View Settings> "Uncheck" Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View.

Anyone else have this issue? Playing back a clip on my mobile device leaves the picture very "blocky" and cannot make out the persons face. I've confirmed this on two separate BI boxes I manage.

Well, looks like the problem is 4.4.7.2 3.systems I manage are all doing it after they upgraded to 4.4.7.2

I just moved BI to a new machine. I imported the settings from the other machine. Now all the sudden my ALERT images are not showing in the mobile app. I removed everything in the db folder and let it recreate the files. Still nothing . Any ideas?

It was the update. I went back before 4.3.8.0 and video was fine. Funny how they jumped right to 4.3.9.0. I missed out on an event cause the video was messed up

Do I need to uninstall before installing an old version? I thought we could stop the service and run the "old" full install and it would revert back?

Agree.Running V3 and V4 in several sites.very reliable. Ive been running v4 for a year now. The only part I wasn't happy with is the fact my support expired already. Would love to see a remote console and improved web interface. Always liked the iphone app

So with the latest update I see they have introduced Support Plans. Running V4 for roughly a year now, it looks like my support will run out in a few days. So this means the software will not update anymore? Thanks

That is plastic and is for the Dome, not the turret

These are hard to find for the turret model. I have one on a turrret to help space it lower than the gutter because of it reflection. Google Hikvision ABT-1 i have attached a pic of the turret attached to the ABT-1 mount
