HD SDI has been discontinued among major vendors, the current replacement options are AHD, HD TVI, HD CVI, good if you already have coax installed. But if it is a new install I would go with IP too.

Have you try to default the NVR with the camera connected? I would plug the camera back into the NVR then do a system restore/Default on the NVR.

i am using comcast email and is working for me, but gmail stopped again as of late last night...if your ISP provides an email account give it a try.

Doesn't look like there's a reset button base on this: I think if you default the NVR while the cameras are plugged in that will help with adding the camera (its worth a try, not 100% sure)

-under Record->Parameters, check main stream/event stream/ sub stream and make sure they are all video/audio -Under Configuration->Live View, check Enable Audio Output for all your video output (VGA/HDMI) as far as i know on the NVR those are the only two audio settings.

the one you have is pretty late too, if yours doesn't have it i doubt the 0418 one will have ONVIF. Might have to get the LTS cube camera instead ...

Yes you can still access most of the configuration feature, but not all since some settings like Image/Motion detection requires a Live view of the camera to set. I think any setting that doesn't have a live view of the camera can be changed.

You'll need to use the app to watch the live view, the app is called IVMS4500 for the phone and ivms4500 HD for tablets

Seen this issue but only for Mac and safari (since mac plugin requires a separate download), i would uninstall whatever plugin you have now and try to redownload again...have you try compatibility mode using IE?　

Go to Record->Parameters->Substream->change stream type to Video & audio (i think your mainstream is already on this) Reason is when you are on multi-screen beyond 2x2, it is using substream, so you have to enable audio on substream too.
