The ZE model got a extra menu to select face mask, glasses etc. The 5442 TM doesn't have this extra menu, maybe it is in a newer firmware?

Already done that, it works on both camera's, only the ZE model show's more data, such as age, gender, face expression etc

Hello guys, Just got an new Dahua NVR that supports facedetection. I got it installed and it works, but the Dahua IPC HDW 5442 cam only alows a picture of my face when it detects me. Also got a IPC HDW T5442T-ZE and that cam shows my age, gender, expression etc. Any idea how I can solve...

I fixed the problem. It was a wiring problem, cat 7 cable on a RJ45 jacket, asking for problems. I also followed the manual for automatic let the NVR put the cam on the right place and port, but that did not work. It took too much time waiting for that to happen. Last time when adding a camera...

Tried this cam yesterday on my synology. It doesnt stand in the support list but the cam works. Face detection works, but no special parameters such as age, gender etc

Great, but it wont record faces, it only counts a face recon, but no snapshot to the NVR/. Any idea what i'm doing wrong?
