Thanks for your help but is not what I want. Why? Because the preset that would be at 6;45am is NOT required at any of the rest of the day (and also is at a PTZ no so easy for the camera to go, so it is not good to go to that preset during the patrol time) What you think?

At all the profiles the "Auto-patrol" with several presets are active and working fine. Daily I have a profile of 30 minutes from 6:45am to 7:15am (Working Check-in time). On this profile , at my PTZ only one camera preset is active, the rest doesn´t. When the time is reached, I can see at top...

The computer that has the GREEN signal is the one that record and control the camera. The second one with RED light is my work computer that sometimes I use it to monitor what the main computer is recording. Is only watching. Could it be a better way since both computers are not in the same...

Both computers have the same settings. One of them has the RED traffic light always. Also I stablish to start/open BI with the RED light The PTZ camera has a lot of erratic movements until I close the app at the computer with the RED light. What I am doing wrong ? This happened when I copied...

No same network It is an IP camera connected to a modem at warehouse. I am at office. (Do I PM you the IP camera address with credentials in order to review internal settings ? )

I read at HELP: The frame rate and bit rate values represent what is currently being received from the camera. What and where i need to change this in order to correct the warning? At the original camera settings, do I increase from 10 fps to 20 fps in order to match? Would it affect my quality...
