Actually you can get a good quality system that isn't a Dahua combined with blue iris. I have a synology nvr which I found to much more solid. Ring, arlo are not what I am speaking about.

What do you do with the auto tracking? Am I able to read plates with auto tracking? I will have cars coming down my street at an angle around 15 to 25 mph. The camera will be about 30 feet away from the camera and maybe with the angle like 50?

No, I have had it for 5 months now and all the wiring is inside the attic etc. Cheaper for me to just put in new cameras that are POE.

So I had a car stop do a 3 point turn and this is as good of a plate as I could get. I figured out it was a neighbor but i have 2 cameras in front that cross each other, one set 1080p 30 frames and the other 4K 15 frames. Should I be changing some of these cameras out?
