This might be obvious but did you reboot camera back to defaults but keeping IP info etc. I did and it has seemed to work for now

well my Hik Dome DS-2CD2135F-IS crashes repeatedly and starts back up. Pain in the butt I have re-booted and turned off all functions. Reset to basics. Still happening It wont even connect to IVMS-4500hd or directly through router most of the time.
