    Control videos in web viewer

    I have setup the remote viewer and can log in at home, but when I click on a clip to watch, I can't see any icons to pause, stop, fast forward etc. Also is it possible to download a clip to my pc. Thanks.

    Show console on boot up

    Maybe I am missing something, I require BI 4 to when PC (win8.1) is started BI will boot at a service which it does perfectly, however I am using the monitor as a viewer, how can I make BI open console view automatically and display video feeds.. This can't be an unusual request!

    I was wanting to let a family member watch my house while i'm gone for a month. What do i need to do to keep this safe? Should I use team viewer? I know i'm asking a lot and am sorry! But this is something i don't have a clue about!:sad2:

    No new clips in viewer

    My clip viewer is on the right panel as always but it isn't scrolling or showing any new clips. The cams are recording to the appropriate folder but no clips?
