I think the kid must of known enough that he could see that it wasn't in battery.
Or he heard that the guy didn't perform a proper rack.
But if you work in the hood, he's probably had lots of practice of having guns in his face.
Ive sort of used this example to people in the past. What I said was if you feel that way about rifles then your freedom of speech is limited to only what comes out of your mouth and what you handwrite out.
Yeah, the musket argument does not hold water. Do people really think that the founding fathers could not foresee firearm technology advancing? After all they witnessed it first hand back then. They were pretty damn smart. Hell, they tossed out the Brits and started a whole new country, unifying 13 states in the process. If they only wanted the 2A to cover muskets, it would say so.
