Wow, the perp carries the gun without one in the chamber. He racked the slide. Then he put his finger on the trigger. Put the barrel inches from the clerk's face. What a POS.

Wait, I just watched the video again. The gun was not in battery. It would never have fired.

Yeah, the musket argument does not hold water. Do people really think that the founding fathers could not foresee firearm technology advancing? After all they witnessed it first hand back then. They were pretty damn smart. Hell, they tossed out the Brits and started a whole new country, unifying 13 states in the process. If they only wanted the 2A to cover muskets, it would say so.
