2xx2 5.4.0 to 5.3.0 downgrader

Hello guys, please help me to get the 5.4 downgrader. I have an USA version of DS-2CD2342WD-I with WR serial. Thanks in advance
 
such problems are crazy, I contacted last month french official hikvision support (camera bought in france) and these useless guys told me "you have to contact your reseller".................what the f*** will do my reseller, code a new working and stable firmware?? may we should contact the chinese support directly?! these problems make me crazy for 200 euros I have an unreliable camera
 
For the 2x42 cameras that are plagued by the flawed network check program in the 5.4.0 and later firmware I published on here some modified firmware where that program was disabled.
A search should be able to find it.
