Blue Iris failed to start (1069)

Any other ideas? I have other things on this system that would be a pain to reinstall. BI used to run well on this system
BI should be run on a dedicated pc. You can buy one for 100 bux that will probably run your load. This is what happens when you have all sorts of other things going on that may be interfering.

As per the BI help file, you need to exclude all of the Blue Iris folders from even Windows Defender.
And, yeah, get a dedicated machine for BI.
I'm looking at the BI Help file and searching for "defender" and I only see two references to Bit Defender

It is simple, do not use any virus or malware scanners on any BI folders. Do not use disk defragmenters on any drives containing BI Video. It will waste CPU and may Kill your system.
