You have chinese hacked cameras, if you try to upgrade the firmware you will more than likely brick the cameras. Also protect these cameras from the internet and your home network, Most IP cameras are security risks.

Quick start
1) Use Dahua starlight cameras or Hikvision darkfighter cameras or ICPT Night eye cameras (https://store.ipcamtalk.com/) if you need good low light cameras.
2) use a VPN to access home network (openVPN)
3) Do not use wifi cameras.
4) Do not use cloud storage
5) Do Not use uPNP, P2P, QR, do not open ports,
6) More megapixel is not necessarily better.
7) Avoid chinese hacked cameras (most ebay, amazon, aliexpress cameras(not all, but most))
8) Do not use reolink, ring, nest cameras (they are junk)
9) If possible use a turret camera , bullet collect spiders, dome collect dirt and reflect light (IR)
10) Use only solid copper, AWG 23 or 24 ethernet wire. , no CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum)

When purchasing lesser known cameras like those, you will find fewer of us who know much about them.

I recommend sticking with more popular, as well as higher end, models which more members have purchased so that there is more information being shared.

Yes internet access is blocked in router
 
How is it blocked in the router ? How are you protecting your home network. You really need to take a very hard look at your security.
 
1 min delay is pretty horrible. you either have serious network connectivity issues, or have bought crap cameras. try to engage the sellers, if possible for firmware updates, but you may just be S.O.L...

sortet out the deley in aliexpress cam. was encoder problems. lucky i manage to save the new settings :P

wish cam have no lag
