Anyway the runtime can be bundled with the installation? Seems like a lot of people miss that...
I just tested and v2.9.3 does now install the runtime, older versions of 2.9 did not.
To check which .NET runtimes you have installed run

Ever since I updated to the latest version of BI, I've been getting lots of false positives, like person detection when it's just a shadow.
But my main issue is, I noticed Codeproject 2.6.5 will not update. I get "Unable to check for Updates".
I see they have versions 2.8 and 2.9.3. Which one should I get?
Is 2.8 the "stable" version and 2.9.3 beta?

I've always been a bit confused as to who does what. I ask because notifications have been great for a very long time and pretty accurate, but lately I started getting lots of "person" detection on various cameras due to shadows from I guess clouds and/or trees that otherwise never had that issue.

Thx for the system specs, regarding your setup are you running the .net module even when you are using NVIDIA gpu?
I read some where that .net is only for intel and onboard gpu or am I missing something?
I got .Net 9 and I installed CP 2.9.3 but it's been stuck installing YOLO v5 .net for a very long time.. about 10 minutes.. is this normal?
i read somewhere that if you keep getting timeout errors you should change the value:
"ModuleInstallTimeout": "00:20:00" to "ModuleInstallTimeout": "20:20:00" in the appsettings.json located under "C:\Program Files\CodeProject\AI\Server"
just changed my module to .net and in average it takes 5219ms to process and verify damn.. what am i doing wrong
Is the GPU enabled it should show GPU (DirectML) if not enable it. Also the first detection will always be slow.
Yes it’s enabled with Gpu (directml), I will then let it run for some hours then, thx. I will post an update after some hours..
Also make sure Use main stream if available does not have a check. Having it checked only slows down the detection, it does not improve accuracy.
