Hi,

my DHI-NVR2108-8P-S2 did not access me to login. It said login failed!

It happened after electricity shut down today.

After cca 30 minutes it goes online and I can log in.

I can access the device by IP but cannot login.

Is there any settings to login immediately after power up?

Thank you.

Is it possible that another device is accessing with an incorrect password and there is a 30 minute lockout imposed?
Maybe also try checking the logs to see if there is any useful info on the problem.

This is log after shutdown, and my tries to log in. There is user log in and log out, but when I tried it, it says 'login failed!'.

Could be two devices logged in one user account at the same time?

But I tried login in another account too and result was the same 'Login Failed!'

Thank you.

All NVRs should be on a good Backup UPS.
It's possible that it's IP address was not set as static, thus it has an IP conflict.

For me, Cameras are parts of the over all security system. All security equipment is on UPSs, I think at last count I have 6 UPS tied to the alarm system and the Blue iris cameras.

It is relative easy in my house, to walk up and pull the main electric breaker. Note the breaker is covered by a soffit mounted camera, but it is not set for a good ID.

Yes I am paranoid.

Today I have tried to connect only one camera to another new NVR and connect it over one switch to my PC and shutdown it off. No login failed displayed after NVR started. So I dont know where is the problem.

Interesting is, that when I connect new NVR to network and new IPC to NVR. It says Login Failed too.
Id like to know what the NVR doing? Configuring something? Or what?
Why I cannot login immediately?
