Dahua NVR with POE, non Dahua camera's

Hi,

I have 3 new NVR from Dahua, with 8 and 16 channel POE ports.
My client already have 34 Zxtech camera's and i only replace the NVR.
Can i use the POE port as well for other than dahua cams ?
I set them for test on DHCP but i get no image from the Camera.

Can somebody inform me about how the POE from Dahua works and is different than a original POE switch ?

If an ONVIF camera doesn't immediately work on a Dahua NVR, it might be useful to run ONVIF Device Manager ver. 2.2.250 to see if the camera has any unexpected settings, like password, resolution, etc.).
