It's under <Information-Version>. Also you can find the SN and model information on a silver color tag on the camera itself or attached to the pigtail of the camera.

I've been noticing that the firmwares are always bin files, however there are multiple firmware versions and inside said versions there are multiple bin files. Is there somewhere that explains the breakdown?
For example, this camera version apparently has 3 firmware files, with no explination.
Then inside of the file are mulitple .bin files

Mate , that firmware is NOT for that camera. If the camera is now working leave alone and use it.
For whatever reason they issue a PAL and a NTSC firmware, but it is a simple toggle in the menu to change it, so it doesn't matter which one...BUT...we have given you enough caution that you are playing with fire and may end up bricking the unit or it goes into Chinese.
I'm guessing first file is the Chinese version, and 2nd and 3rd one is MutiLang supported Pal and NTSC version.
The last part of the firmware is probably the date it was created. 210705 = 2021-July-05.

oh man, the seller is making some fraud, that is a SD49225T-HN, not a SD49225XA-HNR. Don't update the AT fw again. Will brick it. Just use that fw comes with.

I did something to it, flashed a firmware wrong or something, Started looking like this:
I was also restarting and spinning up every 3-5min.
On one of the reboots i quickly did a firmware update using the bin file mentioned above for PAL (DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_IVS_V2.800.0000000.6.R.210705)
I did not get autotracking, but it now has heat map. Not sure how useful that is... or if it is even usable in blue iris or the online config portal.
But the good news is that it all seems to be back working. So i will not be touchig it from here.

hmm, that is bad, right now that SD49225T-HN is around 100-150usd worth. Too old, pic not as good as the 49225xa. The 49225xa also have 4 versions from they release.

Не будет - чипы S2 и S3 не будут принимать прошивку с автотрекингом.

Buy a camera that supports autotracking.
Dahua removed autotracking from the 49225 sometime in 2021 and it is now being built with a different chipset that cannot run autotracking.

Hi, I have a DH-SD49425XB-HNR camera and I have a problem with auto tracking (this option is not in the software) do you have a firmware version for this camera to activate it?
As was mentioned, the newer chipsets will not accept the autotracking firmware. You can try to update it and it will either not accept it or will brick the unit.
What version firmware do you have? Keep in mind there isn't an "autotrack" slider or selection point, it is just native to how you set up the Smart Plan and IVS rules.
There is not a button for AT. It is part of the setup.
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer - not Edge or Chrome with the IE tab. The Dahua PTZs need Internet Explorer or your track time will default to 15 seconds regardless what you put in.
You need to set up a preset.
Then you need to set-up the Smart Plan with Deep IVS for the presets you want to track.
Then select the object filters you want.
Then go to Deep IVS Rules Config page and you should see Track Time under alarm and Tracking Target size slider.
When setting up IVS rules, I strongly recommend you use intrusion box with appears and crosses instead of tripwire. And less is more. One IVS rule.
Leave min size as 0,0
Make sure that Motion Detection and Smart Motion Detection are turned off.
I repeat, make sure Motion Detection and Smart Motion Detection are turned off LOL.
If you do not have the above screen with the Tracking Target Size, then you have a version without autotrack.
