I had no problem with andy and Visa. I should of got the Z5 bullet in the first place instead of my non detail anything HDW4231

Hey guys; fresh install of windows 10 on an Intel nuc d54250wyk. No tweaks to OS done, only Blue Iris and Blue Iris Tools running. Added this cam, with the wizard, all default settings. BI is at 100% cpu. Is my nuc too slow or do i have to configure the cam better? Ive read that direct to disk recording helps and hardware decoding. Before i buy a new Nuc, what do you guys advise?
As for new nuc, i was looking at the new nuc7i7 (with embedded i7) but apparently the skull canyon is more powerfull with an desktop i6.. tips/tricks are welcome! Thank you

Go to any Empirecandy response (there is one on this thread on page 119 #3560), left click on his avatar. A menu should open up, left click on “start a conversation” and leave a message for him. Remember he is about 12 hours ahead of us in time.

Andy never replied to my message on here. Good luck. He is mega busy. I ordered just yesterday on Aliexpress from Empire Tec and it was no problem. Used a Visa though.

Start a conversation with @EMPIRETECANDY. Ask for a Paypal invoce. He just got 110 pieces and is filling orders from 3 weeks prior, from Ali Express and IPCamtalk.
Also, PM him on AliExpress at his store for the quickest reply. He must have the app on his phone and answers right away.
Due to receive 300 pieces this week as well. Those aren't all sold, but keep in mind as stated, he's super busy right now. He will respond. Use AliExpress to initiate and ask for a Paypal invoice. He needs your Paypal e-mail, and I always include as much as possible, (Paypal e-mail, IPCamtalk screen name, phone #, other e-mail, etc)

It's not a McDonald's, sometimes it takes a day or even two for an answer but I always got it.
Ha! Today I woke up to 538 IVS emails for one of my cameras. Turns out, a spider was having a party building a web. Have since updated my rule to require min size target!
Yep, I'm waiting for a response from a conversation started 3 days ago. I'll be patient but when ordering cameras it's hard to do.

I actually heard from him on aliexpress. It's the middle of the night there right now, but he was super responsive this morning.

there's something wrong if you get "answers" at McDonald's, but I agree reasonable expectations are key.

Just ordered two from Andy. Ready to play with them, lol. He really is helpful!
****This Saturday will make the shipment for the 110pcs, and Monday we will do the another 200pcs shipping. Thank god, they all comes. Next week still have 100pcs in. Can close all the orders on my hand now. And can be delivered within next week all over the world. Just wait my tracking No.
Here have 1 day off due to the public holiday on Monday, and back to work on Tuesday, will update all tracking when i get them.
These days got some report for the defectives, till now this model still very stable. Got 1pcs IR light dead, 1pcs can't connected, and others seems all fine~
Will replace all of them directly. I appreciated all guys support and waiting. I try my best to make you feel the same support/warranty locally and even better.
For the super PTZ today can be delivered, really expected from @nayr can spend some time to test them.lol~
Right now the starlight all have enough stock now.
