OK - I wouldn't go any lower on NR - try increasing shutter speed.

Any of you all run into this issue?

On the new cam I installed the rekor service just says waiting for video. It was working previously, I rebooted the computer and its still showing this. If I hit test it shows the video stream. BI is running no problem

If it was working previously and you didn't change anything, then bounce back and forth a few times between the two cameras.

The other issue is a bottleneck along the way not allowing all the the streaming requests to get thru.

Yesterday one of the cameras started doing something weird. The picture is blurry but the tag reads. However, when you pull up the camera the the picture is clear.

Make sure no smart codec is on.

Use h264 instead of h265.

CBR instead of VBR.

Is your computer allowing auto Windows updates?

And sometimes a camera reboot does wonders.

Make sure windows didn't sneak an update in on you.

Try backing the FPS down.

I am at 8 and 10 FPS.

Maybe your network is getting overloaded.

I think I might know the culprit. I used a poe splitter that wasnt waterproof and it did rain a bit yesterday. Even though its rained a few times since its been up. I just ordered another outdoor poe splitter. That is the only explanation I can think of.
Network looks good - It would explain why it happened to both cameras all of a sudden. The POE Link still shows no errors but its a safe bet to replace. I ordered an outdoor POE Splitter.

Ok so I pulled BI video and the video looks clean but its the rekor scout having issues. Check this out

this is the video from BI

I experienced that with Rekor as well once when BI video was fine and Rekor wasn't.

Turned out to be a failing POE port. I guess the Rekor is even more sensitive than BI.

And since you think it is a failing splitter, that would explain it.
