Have one Synology server and a pair of IP cameras.
Reolink and Foscam IP camera starts when it comes motion before cameras.

Why are all recorded files between 11mb to 25mb. Why are not the files bigger, in one file?
Duration from 15sec to 1min.

Why are they not in a file / size?

How to get in one size/file?

Not a Synology expert, but are these recordings "motion triggered"? If I count the "duration in seconds" plus the start time, there is an overlap/gap?

My guess is the 5secs pre and post record? If you want to have 1 large file (without any interruption even at motion detection), I think you then need to reconfigure under "device settings". In Dahua terminology: 24/7 record, and color (eg orange) all motion detection/IVS in the timeline. So you can easily jump to the "next best" video fragment.
