G'day mate. Lets chuck another noob on the Barbie.

Finally got around to making a post to mount the PFA142 to its final resting place.
Flipped the hinge to RHS for easy access.
Its up and working, but still have some finishing off, cable management and tidying up to do.

A large PTZ will be mounted to front over the weekend. NSM5 will be attached to one of the 5 billion mounting locations on the exterior of the enclosure.
Will drop in the surge protection for all + earth the small Dahua switch.

Will be interesting to see how it handles weeks of continuous 100°+ days.

I kinda use this post to add updates of my progress on all things related to my Camera Installs.
Just finished a 5 Camera Install a vacation property.
Managed to get all set up in a day, despite leaving fish rods @ home.Even had time to put in 9 new Philips hue outdoor pedestals and spotlights.

BI is working perfectly and All cameras are working great. Only one small issue with minor IR reflection on one of my boobs at night.

Recently completed a remote farm shearing shed deployment.

Remote Farm install 3 Camera's with power only to site. There is no internet, so I used an spare netgear nighthawk mobile data modem. Mobile coverage in the area is weak at the best times, but everything seems to operate pretty well despite poor 4g service. I used a small server rack for BI Computer (SFF DELL PRECISION 3420, i7 6700 ) & Dahua switch to try and keep the equipment dust free.
Since Telstra doesn't offer a public IP address for "mobile data" I had to get creative and find a solution for non routable ip address. So Far its been working great. Will add more pics and details when time permits. :)
