Other Annke users report their N48PAW NVR as a Hikvision K74 platform/board.
Your NVR could be older/different.
That SSH access method may provide more information/assistance, but tread EXTREMELY carefully.
Attempting to apply firmware not expressly intended for the device could very well BRICK it.

I did debug on NVR and platform is indeed K74

However, link that you provided is with platform K51 and the only platform that I found for K74 is this one:

The latest one is 4.30. which is not solving my problem. By any chance, do you know if I can use K51 firmware for K74 platform? or it will brick NVR? Did anyone tried that?
