So, so MANY things wrong with that install. I'd would not want to be associated with it in any way. The absolute ONLY way I think I could justify any of that would be something like you were required (or else the Apocalypse would begin) to have a cam up and working within a half hour, no matter how bad it looked or how poor the images were, using only materials found on the truck or in the trash bin AND you had to use this Reolink cam (found on side of road where @wittaj had tossed it). :lmao:

The top step on a ladder does not have any grip.
The only thing holding that ladder upright is thoughts and prayers.
The angle is everything. The friction factor is surely less than the bottom of the ladder. Your point is 100% correct, the ladder/board interface is where it would slip. That is unless he leans too far to the left.
And the steps are designed to be loaded the other direction.
But, otherwise looks fine...

He’s using the ladder upside down so the top which is really the bottom now has plenty of grip. Let’s hope he fully understands centre of gravity and the repercussions there of if he should lean to his left.
