Hi all, which do you think is the better camera?

G3 cams are never (ColorVu 3.0) and they more modern video processing and AI detections...
4Mpx cam (first one) will have better night performance in comparison to 8Mpx ones...
so what do you think is more important, newer camera with ColorVu 3.0 and more modern video processing and AI detections or a camera with better night performance?

4Mpx model you linked is G3...
Look at model numbers - all ends with G2 (G2H for hybrids) or G3...
ok so it would seem to be that the best out of the three would be the DS-2CD2347G3-LIS2UY/S(L)(RB) model since its a G3 model and its 4mp and sensor is 1/1.8" and you guys say that is the sweet spot for image quality. and since its 4mp, it should be cheaper than the 8mp camera. would you agree?
yes there are differences. all the numbers in the DORI in the 4mp model are lower. since my property is not that big, I figure those lower numbers are better for me. the Minimum Illumination is lower in the 4mp model which I think is better right? here are all the differences. still not 100% sure which model is better.
