Hikvision FIRMWARE TOOLS - change language, extract files and create own firmware

As a proof that i really disassembled camera :) (no NAND desolder because this was done by friend with skills to do this :) )

Hello,

Finally was able to take a camera down and test. After upgrading I am not able to connect to the camera at all. I connected a separate power source as well as a separate switch. Attempt to connect to it via 192.168.1.64 and fail. Can anyone suggest anything?

One of my cameras came with alredy defective firmware (no webinterface) I tried to reflash but now it even lost picture on IVMS

I can TFTP to the camera but missing correct firmware file.
 
can you give link to this firmware?

Already tried hikvisioneurope firmware also changed Region to 2 but it seems the camera only accept region 1 firmware. But the TFTP message that the update is done already appear after 20 seconds not 5 minutes.

It may be that the camera IP address is different and not accessible from your LAN address.
If you use SADP, what does it show for the status and IP address of the camera?
If it's just on a different address, you can use SADP to change it to one that matches your network.

I have a camera Hikvision DS-2CD3232-I5 and unfortunately I upgraded the firmware to version 5.2.0 build 140721 in Chinese and English version to version V5.3.0 build 150,513, which I downloaded from the website of the Chinese Hikvision, but it is, unfortunately, only Chinese. I can not do downgrade, because I have the original file digicap.dav.
Nowhere in the English version I can get for my camera, Hikvision company he refused because I did not buy a camera with them, but with the company www.wi8.com.

I have received a ds-2cd1201d-i3 B from taobao. The fw version is v5.3.7_151130 in chinese, the nvr ds-7108n-sn/p gives a language mismatch error when connected.
Is there any possible way to change it to english?
 
Interface is chinise baught it from chinise website . www.jd.com

Yesterday i tried to upgrade the firmware after change language to english now the NVR ROOBoting all time .less than one minutes restart

Is there any way to fix it ?
