Hikvision FIRMWARE TOOLS - change language, extract files and create own firmware

I'm not sure if you do have to have the 2 lines (I haven't used the procedure) - but that is what the original instructions stated.

hi,in the file1024x768.cfg28718 lines, I doubt that you will succeed if you give you the corrected file. Better come better and I will check.

At the beginning there is well an appearance of the big red logo and after black screen. The NVR is visible with SADP with the address 192.0.0.64, I can change this address to put her(it) on my LAN but I cannot reach it by internet. If you have ideas.
