Hikvision NVR skipping frames while recording

Hi all !!
I'm using a basic setup with hikvision NVR 7608 NI E1 with 1 Hikvision 4mp cam and two cam of chinese make (one is 3mp and one is 2mp).
Two of these camera (4mp and 2mp) also record audio.

All the camera work perfectly in live view. But during Playback, each camera has some frames skipped for 3-5 seconds at random intervals sometimes for more than 10 seconds( rarely).

Where will be the problem?

I'm using cat 5e cable with gigabit poe ethernet.
NVR is a basic model (hikvision 7608 NI E1).
HDD is an old desktop hdd .
(7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hdd)

Also the NVR takes a long time to load the videos during playback
and
During playback sometimes the motion on one camera is faster than the other and sometimes it is slower ( I found this by recording the same place with both camera)

HDD is an old desktop hdd .

In the NVR web GUI, under the Storage menus, check the SMART detail for the HDD to see if there are any attribute counts that might indicate an HDD problem.
Desktop HDDs are not a good match for surveillance recording work.

SMART detail doesn't show any problem. ..
If its a hdd problem, I'll buy a new one ( probably seagate skyhawk series) .
But are you sure that it is not a problem with the nvr's recording function?
since the speed of objects in video also varies during playback each time I play at the same place
