hello.i write wrong firmware my devices.and i dissambly winbond 25q128 and i write all fimware. i download all firmware.but dont work.because i dont have got start rom . hikvision firmware is insufficient bios.i have got eprom programmer.and i wrong erase all bios my device.tftp is dont work.rs232 dont work.telnet dont work.old time i upgrade repeatedly firmware.i know upgrade.i know tftp program.and connect my computer.i want to winbond 25q128 integrated is full firmware.i want digicap.dav file is content start code.
i erase ds-7716ni e4/16p bios.

Sorry but your post is not clear what you have done!
electricity was cut off throwing my device software..and i try tftp but tftp dont work.i try telnet open 192.0.0.64 but dont connect.and and i dissambly integrated chip winbond 25q128.and i donwload firmware hikvision ftp.and i write rom to universal eeprom programmer.but dont work.because my firmware is not have got start code.i want to winbond integrated full firmware.example picture down.

You'd still need a valid image to flash the chip, not just for the specific model, but also to match the 'hardware signature' that's securely stored elsewhere.
The tftp updater should still work, given CN firmware for the specific model, or 'hacked to English' firmware for the model.

Maybe not for the size of firmware, I forgot there is a size limit it might bump into.
