If you're plugging the cams into a POE switch then you should ONE AT A TIME connect the cam, then on a PC on the 192.168.1.XXX subnet log into the cam's webGUI in a browser at its default IP of 192.168.1.108 and assign it a unique static IP that is in the same subnet as your LAN but outside the DHCP pool of any connected router.
