Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the camera configuration page? Thanks.
Mine work in "Logitech Alert Login", including audio, but not in BI.Are you still having issues? I finally got mine working...without audio.
OK that sounds good. You will use the DHCP reservation settings you found for each camera. If the list of devices is not on the same screen then there will probably be a DHCP screen where you will see devices. You may need to read a help file for that router. Here is my config:

That worked. Plugging in the IP address, and camera make, and checking the "Skip initial HTTP DNS and reachability test" did the trick. MANY THANKS!!!! Just got a new Google Pixel 9 Pro Android 14 phone to replace my Moto Z4 Android 10. The Logitech Commander Alert app worked on the Moto Z4 phone and also works on my work iPhone. The only Logitech Commander Alert app I found on my new Android 14 phone is for Europe and it says it's not compatible with my phone. Will the BI work with my new Android 14 phone and what app on the phone will I need to download? Thanks!chetwynd, I think I can help, I have Logitech Alert cameras working in Blue Iris. You will need to use the Commander software and run the diagnostics to get the IP address of each camera. Then go into your router settings and reserve that IP address. You have to do this in the router since the Alert cams are meant to be plug and play so you can't set a static IP with the Logitech software. Once you have this information, add your cameras to Blue Iris. In earlier versions of Blue Iris, the Commander software needed to be running to initialize the Logitech powerline adapter before the cameras would show up in Blue Iris. I don't think that is the case anymore, as my cameras will show up in Blue Iris without the Commander software running. Your results may vary. If you use power the cameras by some other means rather than the powerline adapter (POE switch for example) then there should be no initialization issues. If you have your powerline network secured, then that should be the user/pw entered. If not, you should only have to put "guest" in the user field. Try these steps and reply if working.

Thanks for the help. I have a separate dedicated HP PC running Windows 10 and desk monitor for it just for the Logitech Commander Alert cameras. So I would have buy a BI license for four cameras and load BI on that dedicated HP PC after setting the camera static addresses on the router then? On your screenshot, I'm assuming there a drop-down menu to select the Logitech 700e cameras? What Android 14 app would I need to install on the phone then? Is the BI U13 the app I use then? Loaded the BI SW on the HP PC. Had no problems. Have all four cameras displayed on the monitor. Tried typing in my PC's IP address in a web browser. Didn't load. So I bought the BI app and put the IP info for the PC's LAN and WAN in the server setup screen. The BI app still won't connect. Am I doing something wrong or is my router blocking the BI app? Thanks!BI has a demo version that is good for 14 days, so go ahead and try it before you buy to see if you like it.
The beauty of UI3 is it is browser based, so nothing to download. Simply open a web browser on your phone and type in the IP address of the computer you are using for BI and the cameras show up. For most people that is sufficient.
If not, you can purchase the BI app for $10.
I was able to go into the BI and bypass the login for now and can get into my cameras via the WAN address and port. But still can't get the app to work.I got into a BI log-in page by typing my WAN address followed by port :81. However, I typed in my username and password that I set up on the server page on the BI app but it didn't work. I also tried admin/admin.
I was able to go into the BI and bypass the login for now and can get into my cameras via the WAN address and port. But still can't get the app to work. It says that the username/pw don't match. Now when I go to reload the page from the browser using the WAN address and port number it says I don't have authorization http error code 403.
