no PTZ after failed upgrade

Hi everyone ,
I have two SD42212T-HN and I tried to update the firmware from ver V2.400.0000.9.R.4 tot a new one
V2.600.0000.0.R and it stopped @ 50 % .
camera is still working but it disabled the PTZ .
Device Type SD42212T-HN
Software Version 2.600.0000.0.R.T4.1216, Build Date: 2017-06-01
WEB Version 3.2.1.456631
ONVIF Version 2.42(V2.2.0.403029)
S/N 2Jxxxxxx33


the other one which i didn't messed up has this information
Software Version 2.400.0000.9.R.T4.1216.3N.NR, Build Date: 2016-05-25
WEB Version 3.2.1.348432
ONVIF Version 2.4.2
PTZ Version 2.04.26.RHNPHEB
S/N 2J022xxxxxBxx4
I can still reached te camera with the config tool but tried different bin files
but no succes
any one an idea ?

Hi TonyC

So the camera upgtade failed. Are you able to try upgrading or downgrading at this point, or is it hosed?

tried severall new firmwares but no success until i got the info
Index of /images/Firmware/PTZ_Control
and here I used the PTZ file and it's working again ,
but the PTZ ain't that smood anymore it goes in steps
so i'm still looking for the right solutions .
the only firmware he accepts is the one 2017-06-01 .
the newer one gave me a failure

Last week I received a new SD42212T-HN with the V2.400.0000 firmware. There was a tab for Easy4ip, but it didn't work; never went online.

After a fair amount of searching around I found this page http://www1.dahuasecurity.com/products/sd22204t-gn-3761.html
The firmware tab contains the "2.600.0000.0.R.T4.1216.3N.NR, Build Date: 2017-06-01" release, which installed first time for me, and Easy4ip worked fine. I haven't noticed any problems with PTZ, before or after the upgrade.

Problem PTZ with SD42212T-HN
I have the same problem, after the update ptz no longer works. Update I worked because of Easy4ip, now ptz and easy4ip do not work. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
