OMG Thermal!

Yup, pallet controls require the plugin. To use the plugins requires Internet explorer mode in Edge. Eventually got it figured out.

Camera is recording locally to storage for motion detection on the thermal side, but my Dahua NVR never does. Any ideas? I’ve cranked the sensitivity up but still nothing recording on the NVR. The FLIR is way less clean an image than this camera. Definitely wish I had bought this first and not the used FLIR.

Not in the plugin. You have to select the channel for thermal before the palette options appear in the camera settings.

Well I feel like an idiot. I literally didn’t see that until I got the plugin working. Went back without the plug in and there it is! I swear I had gone through the interface multiple times and didn’t see the pallet option…

Now if only I could get my NVR to record on motion like the camera is already doing to local storage.
