I kept hearing about it, and while at Costco had a look. All they had were 5000 IU D3 gummies. There is conflicting information on this stuff if you look on the web.
Are you supposed to take a K vitamin to make the D work better?

I do not know about the K vitamin. My doctor has said nothing about it. We both take two of the 5000 IU D3 gummies a day. I have been doing it for a couple of years now. The wife a lot longer than that.

That British doc has some videos where he talks about both vitamins so just assumed there was a link. I’ll have to watch them. Problem is he can be a bit vague on subjects and long winded
