You can use the above PIR Supply 12 power to the unit and connect the COM/ NC contacts to the NVR

got it all sorted. thanks mate. my previous posts made me look dumb but im pretty well knowledged on this topic, just the alarm wasnt showing up as anything was there.

You can see that the top of the connector isn't flush with the top of that circuit board like it is on yours.

Good catch there @tangent, his connector was not seated properly on the pins.
