Problem with adding NVR to DMSS on new Android phones (Android 13)

I'm a CCTV installer from the Netherlands and experiencing some issues with adding an NVR to DMSS on new Android phones (Android version 13) for the last 4, maybe 5 weeks.
The weird thing is that the problem doesn't occur when I add the NVR to DMSS on Iphone. The first guess myself is that it has something to do with the latest update of the DMSS app.
Has anyone experienced such problem the last couple of weeks? Thanks in advance!

Sidenote: I never make an account (in the DMSS app) for my customers if they only have a nvr of single camera. Only when they have a Dahua Intercom (VTO/VTH). It has always worked without the DMSS account. Now it doesn't anymore.
