Hi,

I have a Hikvision CCTV system with 2 NVRs recording images from 177 IP cameras that are connected to my LAN. I also have a desktop running iVMS-4200. Lately, the images in the live view are very lagged and sometimes distorted (pixels get very messed when there are movement). The worse part is that recorded images are with the same kind of problems.

Some details:
  • The cameras are connected to edge switches and my two NVRs are connected to the core switch;
  • The storage HDDs are full whe whole time overwriting old data (could that be a problem?);
  • I'm using H.264, the bitrate is set to variable and the resolution is in 1920*1080p;
  • The trafic graph shows the NVRs are receiving about 150Mbps and 250Mbps each;
  • NVRs: DS-96128NI-I16 Firmware: V4.1.10 build 171107 and storage: 2x10TB each;
  • Cameras: most of them are DS-2CD2020-I and DS-2CD2120-I;
  • iVMS-4200 version: 2.8.1.4 build 20181124;
  • Desktop: Intel Core i7-7700 CPU @ 3.6GHz, RAM 8GB, Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, and a NVIDIA Quadro P1000 (quite decent, isn't it?).

Can anyone help me to find the cause of those issues and how to solve them? Let me know if i need to provide more data. Thanks.
