I was in CA from '74 to '04 so not sure what year it was (was quite a while ago) but I recall a local, big municipality dropping the requirement for a firefighter to be able to descend a 25 ft. step ladder with a 150 lb. dummy over their shoulder. They dropped the dummy's weight to something like 75 lbs. so the women could pass the test and become firefighters.

Gee, ya think a wimpy dude could identify as a woman so he too could pass the test? Legally, I don't see why not...logically? Well, that's a another whole topic.
