When someone determines that someone else is NOT A CHRISTIAN. Back away and don't listen.
We live in the "Age of Grace" that no one but the All Mighty may determine if one's name is written in "The Book of Life".
"Some things are hard to understand" 2 Peter 3:16. Was inspired after Peter came to the realization that the "Old Ways"
were DEAD and even the worst of evil might be written there, while the "good one" is not!
Well.......there are a lot of people sitting on death row right now that all claim they are Christians. Pelosi claims she is a Christian, so does Biden. Personally, I think that your beliefs are between you and what ever deity you decide you want to worship. Can they guide decisions you make in your life? Sure. I always follow the rule: Share your faith with the general public like you share your social security number. That has a tendency to keep me out of hot water, both in public and on-line. :idk:

Speaking of Portland....

In Oregon, standards call for teaching kindergarteners and first graders about reproductive body parts, using medically accurate terminology. By fourth grade, students should learn about ways to “treat all people with respect, including people of all genders, gender expressions and gender identities.”

By sixth grade, Oregon students are to be introduced to the definitions of different sexual and romantic orientations, including “heterosexual, bisexual, lesbian, gay, queer, asexual, two-spirit and pansexual.”

Birth control education starts in seventh grade, and safe sex strategies for different forms of intercourse follow in eighth grade.
I grew up in the 80’s and 90’s. My middle school and high school years were in the 90’s.

I remember sex ed in middle school and high school. They only taught one form of birth control and that was abstinence.

Teen pregnancy was unheard of.

Back in Oklahoma in the '60s the gals went on a week-end vacation to Kansas.
Yes, "teen pregnancy' was rare then too. Then again there were quarter in the slot
machines in the "right" gas station bathrooms. At least my girlfriend quarters too.

Something anyone with more than 2 functioning brain cells already knew............

"The Whole George Floyd Story Was A Lie": Tucker Carlson
"The Whole George Floyd Story Was A Lie": Tucker Carlson | ZeroHedge

The lawsuit, incidental to Floyd and Chauvin, unveiled sworn deposition excerpts from a conversation with County Medical Examiner Andrew Baker, indicating that Floyd's passing was not due to asphyxiation or strangulation. Instead, factors including drug use and a fatal concentration of fentanyl were significant contributors, reframing his demise from the widely publicized 'murder' to an inadvertent overdose.

Not only a lethal drug blood count. But what about the knee on the neck, what did that do "would that anatomically cut off Mr. Floyd's airway"...

Okay, but they should keep the requirement for white and asian kids. That way we can continue to have one segment of the population pay for the underachievers. Stupid libs want to keep black people on the liberal plantation.

I was just going to post this. Un-F******G believable! OK, so lets not educate them and throw them out directly to the streets to ensure they fail. Got it! Morons.

Make one root for the Cascadia Subduction Zone...

So the last one was on January 26, 1700 and they know this because: "We know the exact date of the last ‘Big One’ through oral histories kept by local indigenous groups". I would doubt that 'local indigenous groups' used the European Calander. I doubt that they knew the year was 1700. Not to mention that 'oral histories' would be perfectly passed on since 1700, with no errors.

Trees that are killed during seismic events like tsunamis etc. may be dated quite accurately with
Dendrochronolgy. Oral history of seismic events happening in the Western U.S. have been correlated
with written histories in China and Japan. Just 1 way of several.

I doubt if they can be dated to the exact day.

I had to go right to the source... listening now.

There's something exhilarating about Daniel going into the hungry lion's den and coming out unscathed.

EDIT:

LOL, I'm already laughing. "Leaving it to the voters is controversial?".

I came across this post and thought it was appropriate here!

A guy looked at my Corvette the other day and said I wonder how many people could have been fed for the money that sports car cost.

I replied I am not sure, it fed a lot of families in Bowling Green, Kentucky who built it, it fed the people who make the tires, it fed the people who made the components that went into it, it fed the people in the copper mine who mined the copper for the wires, it fed people in Decatur IL. at Caterpillar who make the trucks that haul the copper ore. It fed the trucking people who hauled it from the plant to the dealer and fed the people working at the dealership and their families.
BUT,... I have to admit, I guess I really don't know how many people it fed.

That is the difference between capitalism and welfare mentality. When you buy something, you put money in people's pockets, and give them dignity for their skills.

When you give someone something for nothing, you rob them of their dignity and self worth.

Capitalism is freely giving your money in exchange for something of value.

Socialism is taking your money against your will and shoving something down your throat that you never asked for.

I've decided I can't be politically correct anymore. (I never was, actually)
