1-yesThanks, bigredfish - Do you have a personal preference that seems to play well with Dahua....i.e., IE, Pale Moon, Firefox?
What is a little odd is that my current setup of a NVR-5208 with a combination of 5442E-ZE and T5442TM-AS I've had no sign in issues at all and I've signed into them a lot over this past year. It's only AFTER I connected the 5442E-Z4E that I noticed this sign in issue. So its either I got lucky this past year OR browser issue OR the new Z4E/T5442TM-AS triggered something. I'll start with the browser resolution.
One more thing, the Z4E within its settings reads, "Algorithm failed, please import license". I did a search and found something from Andy's forum titled, "Important!!IVS failed and Triangle warnning issue Solutions for 4MP AI models".
1) Can you confirm that Andy's post would apply to my issue? I've included a pic of my screen
2) What would happen if I didn't fix the issue?
3) Is it easy enough to fix? the forum discusses the Chinese tool and pressing buttons that are in Chinese language.....hopefully I don't get confused once I'm in the screens

Yeah it has to find the camera first . They’re behind the NVR on its 10.1.1.x network so it can’t see em
You could plug a laptop into one of the NVR PoE ports which will assign it an address on that net and then it should find them...
So my next step WILL be to plug a laptop into one of the NVR POE ports, then the Config Tool hopefully finds them.
Do I need to install the Config Tool on the laptop and complete Andy's instructions using the laptop
When I unplug the laptop after the process is hopefully completed, will there be an IP issue when I plug the IP cam back into its port?
This might help as wellSo my next step WILL be to plug a laptop into one of the NVR POE ports, then the Config Tool hopefully finds them.
Do I need to install the Config Tool on the laptop and complete Andy's instructions using the laptop OR is plugging the laptop into the port just a way for the IP cams to appear?

Yes
No. The port owns the IP in this case, it will give it to the laptop as well as the camera when you plug it back in.
hmmm...
Do you have the router or a switch close by where you can plug the camera into your 192.168.1.x network?
You need to follow this video to hit the cameras.I did the following today per the above in hopes to send Andy the file he needs so I can resolve the red triangle:
-Installed on a laptop the .rar file (Config Tool in English) Andy sent me that addresses the red triangle issue for a new B5442E-Z4E
-Connected the laptop to port 8 of my NVR5208. Unlike my exisiting connected cams, I noticed the laptop was given a port 37777 and stayed a red dot (pic 9)
-Started up the Config Tool and no devices found even after clicking "Search" a few times (pic 10)
-So I clicked on "search setting" and decided to tick "other segment search" (pic 11 & 12)
-Doing that it apparently found my NVR but not my ip cams
Any suggestions.

The fast way is to export the file is using a 12v 2a or a poe swtich to power the camera directly, and connect the camera to the computer directly. If your computer there is no RJ45 port, then connect the camera to the router which the pc also connect toI did the following today per the above in hopes to send Andy the file he needs so I can resolve the red triangle:

The only router is my cable company's router. I don't have a switch. Are you suggesting I plug the IP camera directly to that router and see if the Config Tool "sees it"? If so, will the router assign the cam an ip address but when I plug the cam back into the NVR is it possible there might be a ip address conflict?
