Ptz 20x imporx no lan anymore

I bought two imporx camera and both now are not functioning properly.

I already sent modules to the seller (for my money), I got the modules back. But the cameras with these modules worked for a month and again became defective.
I believe that these are Chinese products of poor quality, sold for a lot of money.
How would punish these sellers? What to do with cameras?

Fenderman has banned jack, there is a serious problem with this seller
I would consider this seller a scammer.
hopefully there is a way we can fix these issues

Here is the last of my cameras that just kicked the bucket, it used to work when you unplugged it for 30 seconds, now its unresponsive but there is a lan "link light" and a access to the gui... but cannot ping or login
This camera worked until no signal was detected by Blue iris.
Connected to my test bench with same results,
So i have 3 cameras taken apart, all systems have a bad "movement" or lens assembly
Almost like they were designed to break.....
3 identical cameras failed in the same timeframe, coincidence I think not!

By any chance are they exposed to the internet, either on purpose or inadvertently (UPnP) ?

That's usually a logical inconsistency. I'm wondering if the config has been messed with in a way that breaks the networking.
A long shot - as I don't know the firmware on those devices - but do you get any response to a 'telnet 10.10.11.33 3232' ?

The cameras where at 2 different locations.
One PTZ had an IP of 192.168.1.101, with internet access, that one is also not found on the network
SADP, CMD, onvif manager, HP Procurve manager, no programs can detect the cameras, but other IP cameras work just fine next to it.
There are 33 cameras total at site 2.
2 Yunch PTZ, 30 Hikvision 4mp Domes, 1 Geovision 360, all on blue iris with an IP starting at 10.10.11.1
No internet access, Network card straight into server.
31 cameras work but the 2 Yunch failed within 8 months

The root cause of unstable camera work has been found.
Because I have two cameras have been completely resolved.

The main reason is due to S2L chip process problems.
A batch of S2L chips is unstable. The time is (201702-201706) but not all cameras have problems, only a part of the customer's machine work will be unstable.

The problem with your camcorder is that when the camcorder is turned on, it can move horizontally and vertically, but the network cannot be connected. Or show network anomalies.


solution:

1. For can not connect

Return the network movement to the factory for repair. Or it will be replaced during the warranty period.
The issue of commitment will be completely resolved
Because the replacement movement will be free from KS20IC3 to KS20ID3

2. The camera works normally and can connect normally.

In April YUNCH will provide an upgrade document to resolve S2L process issues.

3.If you have passed the warranty period, normal damage, need to be upgraded, you can contact JACK and purchase the 20X movement separately. Specific prices can be discussed with JACK. You can discuss the price with him :wow:.

Now all YC-HD785R-20X have been upgraded to KS20ID3.

We can workout the cost to ship, I Doubt Jack will be of any help....

Jack wants me to send all 3 camera inserts to china at my cost so he can look at them, or I can buy new ones, no help what so ever, camera has identical parts to one shown above.
Stay away from yunch,imporx they all work for a few months then quit with no help from manufacture

one camera will power on once rebooted, function for 2 days then loose network

I will upload pictures
Hopefully we an find a fix to help everyone who has lost money

Does anyone know if there is a place to order a new network board that's failing in these things? Or a part number even?

Have you pulled one out yet to see if there any numbers any where that might be construed to be a part # ?
