If you're ok with Dahua OEM - this is a good option imho

For Hikvision OEM see the ipcamtalk cameras.

Nelly's Security has their new GoSwift 4k cameras, that are only $99/ea... they produced a video comparing them against Dahua and Hikvision... pretty impressive results.

I guess you're right, I was thinking in the $100-150 range for an oem

No, its not low light - that is fact, a 1/3 4mp sensor. The OP himself clarified that to HIM reasonable is 100-150 - Fact.
