What does the stream selector show on the bottom left of the camera web GUI?
And what video renderer shows as in use - is it the black circle or the M ?
These will vary with the browser in use, which is ?

Now I have great resolution on camera web GUI.

It is not possible to set PRIVACY MASK on this camera.

Any idea where the latest firmware is available? The latest I found was from April of 2023.

I have the same camera (DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL) with my NVR: 7616NXI-K1

but I cannot set any event because the little screen where you usually draw perimeter lines display message "IP camera resolution exceed limit set stream", instead of the actual image
I can see everything though in IVMS-4200
