This camera, branded "SavvySecu IPC3042WD 4MP WDR EXIR Turret Network Camera" on uin-vision.com, bought from Amazon, is actually an unbranded HikVision DS-2CD2342WD-I.
It is also branded as "SavvyPixel 4MP WDR EXIR Turret Network Camera HD Security IP Outdoor/Indoor Dome Camera 1080p IR Cube Network CCTV Camera" and was sold on AliExpress.com.
You can upgrade the camera by first, resetting it to default values, then uploading the HikVision firmware for that camera (the DS-2CD2342-I). It will still remain unbranded (i.e. there will be no HikVision logo in the Administrator interface) but the firmware will be updated according to System Settings -> Basic Information Administrator page.
Just wanted to pass along this bit of hard-won knowledge.
