You wouldn't believe the number of people that I ran across in 31 years of the traffic signal maintenance that that either don't know that or will argue with you.

I got the police reports when there was City property damaged by a driver and most of those that turned out to be on a Rx when they had the accident think it's not the same as being DUI on alcohol or a controlled substance; they think that because a doctor prescribed it that it's OK. They definitely don't read and heed any of the written warnings and instructions included with the medications. Way too many of them are basically Rx drug addicts, to be blunt.

What a weird world were you celebrate graduating from kindergarten. Neighbor across the street has a yard sign to celebrate kid graduating from 5th grade. They pretty much automatically graduate EVERYONE to the next level these days. Anyhow, how tragic for the kids and mom.
