Sunba Tech Cameras

I have bought 507-20XB. Camera defect after 5 months, no exchange, no repair. No reaction of the company, poor service.

1 year warranty promise!! I did not get! :(

That is unfortunate and the risk of buying from no name companies...it pays to spend a bit more on a known reliable camera.
Start a new thread that says something like DONT BUY SUNBA and explain what happened, then send them a link to the thread in this forum..see if that helps..

I hate to say it but even if they did respond and honor their warranty, they would probably make you pay (expensive) return shipping to China and deal with customs paperwork and all that nonsense. For this reason it is always a gamble buying things directly from Chinese sellers.

I'm using mine with a POE splitter and injector and so far have not had any issues. The CAT5 cable is about 100 feet. I have one side of the injector set up at the switch and the other end is tucked into the mount for the PTZ. All you see is one CAT5 cable to the camera.

Are you using this setup with the sunba 805-dg20x pro? If so, what exactly what are you using as ur setup.. thanks mine is working until the ir comes on then shuts down.

You think this would make a difference?

Thanks for your quick answer! :) I will give it a try. OSD menu is not working with my camera. But others might be ok.
Thanks again!
The Download Archive section does not contain any relevant information. Some of the analog version commands are works, but not the same. So I'm still looking for the list of preset commands for my 805-dg20x.

Thanks! :)

Glad you got your answer, I still can't find what I did with my original instructions.

Use CAT6! The connectors fot CAT6 dont cost any more than Cat5. Connectors. You also will have MUCE LESS voltage loss with Cat6 cable.

Sunba hahaha I still have one 805 running, which its auto tracking compared to the dahua 59225 is laughable but I used to think was amazing... i just use it as a stationary and at times look in other directions but to use it for auto tracking is painful now.. Had a 507 (lost ir capabilities) and two 805s die on me. My friend has a 601 which is a couple years old still running. They do use decent outer materials but the guts and firmware is prehistoric to dahua. This is before I found ipcamtalk and Andy @empiretech .. not even sure if sunba is still making cameras but they just cant compete with Dahua.
