this motion detect notification on my iphone really annoying
it triggers every time there is cars passing by
is there a way to disable notification, but still record motion detection and ring whenever somebody push the door bell?
i cannot figure out this setting somehow

Have you tried that sensor or did you get it connected via zwave in some other way? Thanks

I think the notifications are all or none. You can use IE browser to connect to the doorbell and deselect the area where the cars pass by so it they don't trigger a motion event though.
Just ordered the Uniden version of this camera. Any tips/tricks that I should know about? Reading through the thread now. Thanks

Make sure the voltage of your transformer is adequate. The wifi will be weak and the unit may even reboot when the doorbell is rung if your transformer isn't up to the task.
I got a 16v 30A transformer from amazon for $18.
How do you update the firmware via SD card? After updating firmware to the 180728, my phone app says "network is unstable" the first time it communicates with the doorbell. I'd like to roll back a couple
Earlier in this thread it says to put the firmware on an otherwise empty card. Nothing happens on mine. Card was formatted fat32. Only a digicap.dav file was then added. I inserted it and held the reset button until it audibly says factory resetting.

That "should" be good, but I think the complaints about weak wireless are probably because 16V10A is just barely enough power for it.
Don't waste your time if your transformer only puts out 10A. Replacing the transformer should be the first thing you do.

I just installed the Nelly's NSC-DB1 and I must say I'm a little disappointed. The video quality is less than what I expected. I'm not sure if this is why, but the FPS won't change from 12FPS through the web interface (What good is 1080P at 12FPS).
Also there are what appears to look like water spots in the night video although the lens is clean.
Is there a firmware available to allow the change of the FPS?
I love the fact that I can add it to my Blue Iris system, but expected better video.

I scanned about 60 pages looking for a video clip (not Jpeg) from the LTS Doorbell. Does anyone have one they could post?

this thread has been riddled with issues regarding this doorbell. Was there a reason why you chose this over the RCA 3mp? Yes, its more money, but a much better doorbell overall...

I've been using 16V/10VA (the one with 3 terminals, different voltage options) with 100% success so far for a few weeks. Streams to BI 24x7, no drops, and no issues when doorbell pressed. No change across original and latest Nelly firmware on Uniden db1.
