The official "WTF" thread

I assume parts were scavenged from it eventually but still an expensive mistake. Picture was taken feb 2013 so I really don’t recall what happened to it. My guess would be it was totaled by insurance and sold at auction
Toyota plant here, if they have a damaged car it gets turned into a cube, and shipped off to a recycler.

The way parts prices are it wouldn't surprise me if what's feasible to be scavenged would be worth more than the intact car.

ahhh .. and now you see why Toyota turns the damaged car into a cube .. good old supply and demand ..

IMO, there is only two things that could save New York, and I don't see either happening.

1. Massive increase in Law and Order.
2. Believe in a higher power and not only self.
