I didn't watch the whole thing, but the officer was a bit of a dick. The first thing I thought when he said the registration expired in 2021 was that he hasn't driven it, and is taking it to get it caught up. Chances are, being NJ, they need to inspect the VIN since it's been out of registration so long. So, yea, he needs to drive it to the DMV. A bit of a catch 22, don't get caught on the way, situation.

They also don't say how expired his license is. It could be 1 day, it could be 3 years.

The officer should have looked at the paperwork, saw he was at the DMV, written him a fix it ticket, and been on his way. Once the registration was up to date the ticket would have been satisfied and nothing else done.

This guy had to get hit by lightning a 2nd time to make him stop fishing.

I remember during Allison (Tropical Storm), first time our street was flooded, I was walking/wading the street to warn neighbors to get their vehicles out of the road, I felt electricity in the water, it was a tingling sensation, really wild. We had Transmission Power Lines behind the houses across the street that may of contributed or it was someone's backyard transformer, don't know but something I will always remember.

Those Power Lines would make a hissing/sizzling sound when it was foggy...

I did not know GPS could be jammed.... but I guess that makes sense-- just another radio wave in the air...

GPS jamming .. yes, as well as GPS spoofing

Iran used GPS spoofing to capture a USA spy drone ..

US Spy Drone Captured by Iran

In December 2011, Iran captured a U.S. RQ-170 Sentinel drone, an advanced stealth unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) used for surveillance. According to Iranian claims, their electronic warfare specialists were able to cut off the drone’s communication links and reconfigure its GPS coordinates, causing it to land intact in Iran. The U.S. government initially denied the incident but later acknowledged the loss of control over the drone. Iran stated it intended to reverse-engineer the drone and extract its data, and it has since claimed to have built a replica of the aircraft. The incident escalated tensions between the U.S. and Iran, with Iran exhibiting the captured drone and releasing what it claimed was decoded video footage from the drone.
