"The Pandemic is over"
Dear Patriots,
Did you hear the good news? Joe Biden has deemed the pandemic OVER.
1- Confused Biden went off his script, no doubt shocking his handlers, who spent the next day trying to walk back those four words, because many of their mandates use Covid-CCP as their excuse and reason. They are holding over us the use of emergency powers to shut us in our homes again, whenever they want.

Biden Declares 'Pandemic Is Over,' Prompting Calls for End to 'Absurd' Vaccine Mandates, Federal Health Emergency
QUOTE: President Joe Biden's Sept. 18 statement that the COVID-19 pandemic is "over" prompted questions about why his administration hasn't ended the federal public health emergency and how the government or employers can continue to mandate Emergency Use Authorized vaccines.
In an interview aired Sept. 18 on "60 Minutes," President Joe Biden declared the COVID-19 "pandemic is over," in the first such statement by a prominent political figure in the U.S.
Following Biden's "the pandemic is over" declaration on Sunday, COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers on Monday lost more than a combined $9 billion market value in a stock sell-off. The companies' shares dropped as much as 9%.
Following Biden's declaration, Sarah Lovenheim, a spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), said the federal public health emergency "remains in effect" and that a 60-day notice would be provided by the agency before it is rescinded.A 60-day period means that the earliest possible date when the emergency declaration would be lifted is in late November — well past the current Oct. 15 expiration date.
Remarking on the "public health emergency" remaining in effect even after Biden declared the pandemic "over," Mary Holland, president and general counsel of Children's Health Defense, told The Defender:
"It is an outrage that Biden has declared the pandemic over and yet federal and state emergencies and COVID-19 vaccine mandates remain. If it's over, it's over! No emergencies, no lockdowns, no mandates, no testing, no masks. Anything else is not only incoherent, it's the essence of tyranny — pointless, cruel restrictions that destroy lives."
2- The law is that government can NOT get an Emergency Use Authorization during Covid-CCP if there are effective treatments.
Big Pharma and their paid spokesman, Fauci, had to lie to make it appear that there were no effective treatments in order to demand schools closed, businesses shut down and force their untested injections. Doctors all over America were threatened, silenced, fired for prescribing HCQ.

Dr. Harvey Risch: Biggest Lie of last 29 Months of COVID Pandemic Was Hydroxychloroquine – Hundreds of Thousands Died as a Result
QUOTE: Steve Deace recently interviewed Dr. Harvey Risch, Professor Emeritus of Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health. Dr. Risch's work has been cited nearly 50,000 times in journals and studies. He is also an MD.
Steve Deace asked Dr. Risch what was the biggest lie of the last 29 months of COVID pandemic.
Dr. Risch says it was the lies about hydroxychloroquine in treating COVID 19.
The FDA hid the evidence that HCQ was effective in the early treatment of the disease. Hundreds of thousands of people died as a result of this lie. The CDC-FDA officials promoted the questionable experimental vaccines instead and this helped Big Pharma make billions.
There have now been over 67 Ivermectin COVID-19 controlled studies that show a 67% improvement in COVID patients.
There have been 362 Hydroxychloroquine studies that show a 64% improvement in patients for COVID-19 patients.
Despite the science, Dr. Fauci and the medical elites have blocked the use of these effective treatments for coronavirus patients.
3- More evidence of the out-of-control, unlawful, secret Department of Justice.

DOJ Internal Misconduct Shrouded in Veil of Secrecy
QUOTE: Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz was busy this week, releasing three separate reports on Monday alone. Each detailed misconduct by a different assistant United States attorney: One finds a federal lawyer trying to use his position to avoid a drunk driving charge; another finds a government attorney getting drunk and physically belligerent at a meeting with foreign officials; the third, and most disturbing, finds an assistant U.S. attorney exposing his genitals "in a public place," and sexually assaulting a "civilian" on a date.
Who were these federal prosecutors? The summary reports don't say. A spokesperson for the Office of the Inspector General told RealClearPolitics that it could not release their names. RCP has filed a Freedom of Information Act request asking for their identities.
The Justice Department doesn't hesitate to publicize the names of those it accuses of wrongdoing. At least when those accused do not work for Justice. Last Friday, for example, the DOJ office of Public Affairs issued a press release announcing that the department had filed a discrimination lawsuit against the owner and managers of a Milwaukee rental property. Though a court has yet to rule against those accused of harassing a gay, disabled tenant, the DOJ press release named them.
Compare that with "Investigative Summary" number 22-104, in which the inspector general determined that an assistant United States attorney was driving under the influence when he (or she) was pulled over by police. The investigation found that the prosecutor had tried to pull rank on the local cops, "referring to the AUSA's title in an attempt to influence local police officers." When that didn't work, the drunk federal lawyer shouted obscenities and kicked the door of the police car.
These were violations of federal ethics regulations according to the IG, who found the assistant U.S. attorney's actions also ran afoul of the standards of conduct required of federal employees, including that they "not engage in criminal, infamous, dishonest, immoral, or notoriously disgraceful conduct, or other conduct prejudicial to the Government." The AUSA remains unnamed.
4- It is nothing short of jaw-dropping that these same people are still making up crimes, this time against President Trump.

Is Andrew Weissmann – "The Michael Avenatti of the Russia Collusion Hoax" – Also Behind the Mar-a-Lago Raid?
QUOTE: Attorney Mike Davis has been all over the corrupt DOJ's raid on Mar-a-Lago. He points out how the raid of President Trump's home was unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful. He also has observed individuals who were behind the Russia Collusion sham freaking out. One of these individuals is Andrew Weissman, the corrupt actor behind the attempted coup of President Trump.
Davis calls Weissmann "The Michael Avenatti of the Russia Collusion Hoax" in the interview below. He notes how much Weissmann is freaking out on social media. This indicates that the Deep State is off its rocker and Weissmann has much vested in the raid.
On his Twitter account, Weissmann retweets fellow knuckleheads like Lawrence Tribe and Norm Eisen and promotes tweets referring to Trump supporters as Nazis.
Just think that this guy was a top dog in the corrupt Justice Department. No wonder Americans know that they will never get a fair trial when the DOJ and FBI are involved after these entities were taken over by individuals like Weissmann.
But the thing that most ties Weissmann to the raid on Mar-a-Lago is the raid itself. The Presidential Records Act lacks any criminal enforcement mechanism. This Act is the crux of the actions taken by President Trump. As Davis shares, the President can declassify the records he wants to declassify. He also can take any documents with him that he chooses after leaving office. This is what President Trump did.
The DOJ basically changed the law to meet their means. This is what makes it look like Weissmann is involved.
Attorney Sidney Powell shared how Weissmann made up a law to indict individuals after the Enron collapse. She pointed out that the Supreme Court overturned Weissmann's interpretation unanimously but it was too late for the tens of thousands of employees at Arthur Andersen who lost their jobs years before the Supreme Court ruling.
You can buy Sidney's excellent book on the Department of Justice at this link.

5- While Merrick Garland and Chris Wray are expending time and resources chasing after mythical violent "white supremacists" the truly violent left is murdering Americans.
A grown man with children felt it was acceptable to chase, run over and kill a teenager because he was a Republican. You won't see this story highlighted on Fake Media.

Man Charged With Killing Teen Echoed Biden's 'Republican Extremism' Rhetoric To Justify His Act
QUOTE: The man charged with fatally hitting and running over a North Dakota teen justified the act by echoing the same "extremism" rhetoric President Joe Biden wielded against Republicans during his most recent address.
Shannon Brandt, 41, mowed down 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson early Sunday morning over what helater claimed was a "political argument" over whether "the teen was part of a Republican extremist group." That language strongly resembles the description used by Biden just a few weeks ago to describe Trump and "MAGA Republicans" as being "a threat to the very soul of this country." In that speech, Biden claimed it was Republicans who had "blind loyalty to a single leader and a willingness to engage in political violence"
Brandt, who also admitted to drinking before the incident, was charged on Monday with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. He is being held on a $50,000 bail. If convicted, Brandt could face a minimum of 10 years in prison.
Despite recently claiming that combatting political violence and domestic extremism is a top priority for the agency, the FBI did not immediately respond to The Federalist's questions about whether it plans to investigate the motives for the alleged homicide.
As of Tuesday night, corporate media outlets, which amplified Biden's shaming of MAGA Republicans, had not covered the killing.
6- With the midterm elections less than 50 days away, it is interesting to think of one possible consequence of the President of United States targeting Republican voters in his ominous "Red Speech" a few weeks ago.

GOP Voters 'Virtually Impossible to Poll' After Biden's 'MAGA Republicans' Speech: Top Pollster
QUOTE: Polls may significantly undercount Republican voters and supporters of former President Donald Trump following President Joe Biden's speech that attacked "MAGA Republicans" earlier this month, according to a top independent pollster. Trafalgar Group chief pollster Robert Cahaly wrote on Sept. 17 that Biden's speech will make it more difficult to survey or even estimate Trump-aligned voters than in prior years.
He was referring to Biden's Sept. 1 speech that targeted "MAGA Republicans" as a threat to U.S. institutions, just weeks after the FBI raided Trump's Florida residence. Speaking in front of a red backdrop and flanked by two Marines, Biden claimed Trump and his supporters "represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic."
Describing this new group as "submerged voters," Cahaly wrote that these people "aren't putting stickers on their cars, signs in their yards, posting their opinions, or even answering polls." "At this point, I think it's fair to say that Biden's pursuit of and attacks on 'MAGA Republicans' has created an army of voters who will be virtually impossible to poll (even for us) and more difficult still to estimate," he wrote.
